Menai Tractors is a new agricultural machinery dealer based in Llanwnda, Caernarfon, providing sales, hire, repair and parts.
Run by Robert Wyn Jones and his partner Gillian Parry, the company launched in June 2007 as the successor to Gwynedd Farm Machinery. With Robert having worked at Gwynedd Farm Machinery since 2003, and his partner Gillian already the proprietor of two local companies - "Tarian” insurance brokers and "Siop Morgeisi" mortgage brokerage - teaming up to run Menai Tractors made perfect business sense for the couple.
Menai Tractors currently has six members on its highly skilled team of staff. Technicians Meilir Breese and Arwel Thomas, and parts supervisor Elfyn Williams all join Robert from the previous company, while new recruit Aled Jones completes the line-up in the accounts department.
Menai Tractors mainly specialises in the sales of New Holland tractors, but also stock an extensive range of other makes and models. As well as being the main dealer for New Holland in North Wales, the company is also the main dealer for:-
